Program One has been providing window cleaning, pressure washing and parking lot cleaning services to commercial office buildings, multifamily residential and retail properties since 2003. Our reputation among property managers is that we have the most professional, experienced, and knowledgeable employees in the industry.

Our sliding glass door repair service was started to add value to the window cleaning service we provide to our high-rise apartment and condominium customers. Shortly after starting, we realized there was a shortage of reliable providers for this service and decided to target the single-family residential market in January 2021

Since our reputation as Program One is in the commercial and retail market we decided to brand the service as opposed to our name, Program One, and Affordable Sliding Glass Door Repair was born. Our ads, our vehicles, and our uniforms bear the name Affordable Sliding Glass Door Repair because very few people in the residential market know who Program One is.

We pride ourselves in providing a professional, affordable alternative to replacing sliding doors that are difficult to open and close. Most of our customers struggle with their doors for years because replacement is too costly, and they don’t know repair is an option.
